Return policy

Fur Gift wants you to LOVE what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We have a 15-day return policy. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team.

Returns are honored within 15 days of purchase.

  • Returns must be in its original packaging condition, unused, within 15 days of purchase.
  • Please include the reason for your return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping charges on all returns.
  • Refund will take approx. 3-5 business days after receipt of the package
  • We recommend you pay for insurance on the return shipping on items over $55, we can not be responsible for any lost package sent to us


    • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return and posted to the original method of payment.
    • We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
    • Please check with your financial institution for credit posting time frames. PayPal refunds will clear by the end of the same day it was issued

    Wrong/ Defective Item Policy

    On very rare occasions, we humans do make mistakes. Please contact us and we will take care of it right away! 

    We reserve the right to request photos of the wrong/defective item

    For all defective/wrong items please start a damage claim by contacting us with the subject line: Defective/wrong item claim & ORDER ID

    • Provide clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.


    Please double check and triple check your shipping address, once it is processed and shipped, we can no longer update or change the destination. You’ll be responsible for the package
